Harsha is an experienced leader in deals, capital advisory and succesful transactions in Asia. He has pioneered many businesses in Asia-Pacific and is a passionate supporter of team diversity.

Harsha is experienced in deals, valuations and capital agenda strategy for businesses. He is regularly sought after as a thought leader in Asian market dynamics in deals and valuation disputes. As EY Asia-Pacific Strategy and Transactions Managing Partner, Harsha has more than 20 years of experience across Asia in advising clients on complex cross-border transactions, private and public sector capital decisions as well as practice building for EY across Asia-Pacific markets. He focuses on valuations, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.

He is the GCSP for the Land Transport Authority of Singapore and GTASAL for Olam International.

Previously, Harsha pioneered and led EY Valuation & Business Modeling services in the Asian markets and was a member of EY’s first Global Valuation & Business Modeling Steering Committee. He still offers valuation services in litigation disputes in international arbitrations and in civil proceedings.

Harsha holds a number of professional affiliations and is the Chairman of the Council of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS).

Harsha supports a variety of organizations and has worked with a number of family-owned businesses, advising them on corporate restructuring, unlocking values as well as optimum strategies for carving out businesses as part of succession planning.Harsha has a passion for humanitarian activities in conflict zones in Asia.
