Massimiliano Càrpino
Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association, expert in corporate criminal law, Massimiliano began his career in the Carabinieri Corps.
He continued his career in the corporate sector where he worked for more than twenty years on legal compliance, white collar crime, international investigations, anti-fraud and anti-counterfeiting activities.
He took on the role of Worldwide Corporate Security & Crisis Director and later of Board Member and Global General Counsel at the maison GUCCI. Later, he was appointed Group Legal & Compliance Advisor by the fashion house Dolce & Gabbana.
Since 2010, he is adjunct professor at “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan, Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, Master's Degree Course in Public Policy, "Corporate Governance" module.
Since 2019, as Legal, Ethics & Compliance Senior Advisor he collaborates with TRANSCRIME - Research Center on transnational crimes of the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”.
He is also a lecturer at the RIAF Master at the Cà Foscari Challenge School in Venice, at the Advanced Course in Corporate Fraud at the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Verona and at the Risk Security Management Course at LUISS Business School.
