Steven Napier
An experienced valuation professional with a highly diverse background in transactions, strategy, corporate finance, financial reporting and disputes.
As the regional leader of the Valuation, Modeling and Economics (VME) services, Steven performs valuations of companies and consults on valuations performed by other professionals. He leads engagements related to the valuation of business enterprises, equity and debt interests, and various intangible assets and intellectual property associated with businesses. Types of engagements include portfolio valuations, business combinations, goodwill impairment, strategic and tax planning, transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations), litigation and arbitration.
Steven received a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and real estate, and a master’s degree in taxation, from Baylor University.

- Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), American Society of Appraisers
- Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), New York and Texas
