How Sarah is building a better working world
"I am passionate about leading with positivity to create a culture of allyship and inclusiveness, and, through that, building strong leaders. I strive to help individuals find their passion and their unique leadership style, and encourage them to use their strengths to reach their dreams. Through strength in leadership, creative problem solving and a dedication to outstanding delivery, together, we can help EY clients achieve their biggest aspirations.
I believe that everyone is a leader, regardless of where they are in their career, and I strive to embody these words by Mahatma Gandhi: A sign of a good leader is not how many followers you have, but how many leaders you create."
