How Rachel is building a better working world
Cross-border activity is complex and can drain a company’s efficiency and resources. Rachel redesigns the mobility function to increase effectiveness, streamline activities, and heighten experience. Not only does this improve compliance and alignment of costs with revenues, but she also enables her clients to manage their global workforce with fluidity. Given today’s talent shortages and supply chain challenges, Rachel’s efforts translate into better global operations, accomplishing more with less waste.
In addition, Rachel is on the Board of Directors of the National Liberty Museum, a museum dedicated to liberty in the heart of Philadelphia’s Historic District. Together with EY, she supports the Young Heroes Outreach Program, which encourages children to become leaders and advocates of social change.
