As the EY Americas Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Leader, Mark is involved in managing the firm’s $2 billion real estate business, encompassing more than 17,000 professionals worldwide.
He previously served in numerous EY leadership positions, including in the real estate Private Equity practice and the M&A and Restructuring group, and as Central Region Practice Leader, Transaction Real Estate Practice Leader and Asia Real Estate Practice Leader.
Mark currently leads the digital transformation initiatives for the real estate business, including collaborating with EY alliances to develop new technology-based solutions and transformative business processes.
Mark has been a featured guest on Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox News and NBC Nightly News and coauthored The Guide to Distress Debt and Turnaround Investing and the EY annual report Global Market Outlook: Trends in Real Estate Private Equity.
Mark is a licensed CPA in New York and a member of the AICPA. He received his BA in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
