As the EY Americas and US Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness Leader, Leslie is responsible for driving the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy at EY to maximize the power of differences, promote an inclusive culture and embed equitable talent and business practices. This work includes executing on the EY US anti-racism commitments to drive strategic change.
Leslie began her EY career as an assurance professional more than 28 years ago. Most recently, she was US Talent Leader for Diversity & Inclusiveness. Leslie has also served as the Southeast Region Talent Leader and as a national recruiter. She is a member of the EY US Executive Committee and co-chairs the Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council.
Leslie earned a BS in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She is a licensed CPA in Georgia.
