Jeff leads the Power & Utilities Strategy practice of Ernst & Young LLP in the Americas.
He has focused on helping energy and utility clients address a variety of strategic and operational challenges across the utility value chain, including business unit strategy and operating model design, digital utility strategy, customer experience, new product and service development, asset management, merger integration, performance management and organizational design.
Jeff focuses on providing fact-based and data-driven advice to help utility operations leaders transform their businesses through the development and execution of leading practices.
Jeff has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
