Jeff is the Workplace Insight Leader at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). In addition to leading this EY service offering, he has over 22 years of experience helping public and private companies advance their smart building, digital workplace and internet of things (IoT) initiatives to accomplish complex business objectives.
Jeff has applied his extensive knowledge of work trends, technology, operations and management to elevate the workplace experience and deliver environments that enable collaboration, engagement, contribution, and increased occupant satisfaction while achieving operational efficiencies and ROI.
Prior to his current role, Jeff led the Real Estate Technology and Innovation team focused on the innovation, identification and implementation of technologies for EY offices globally. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
Jeff has been a speaker and teacher at MIT Center for Real Estate, CoreNet Global, Realcomm and CREtech events.
