How Jay is building a better working world
“As a global citizen who has lived and worked throughout the world, I’ve experienced firsthand the tremendous value of embracing change. I’ve learned that it’s important to see the opportunity that comes from risk, disruption and complexity. I’m deeply passionate about helping my teams and clients by serving as a trusted advocate for change. My life’s work is to bring an inclusive approach, innovative thinking, and a collaborative network together to challenge prevailing paradigms and catalyze change. I encourage my colleagues and clients to see their business, culture, or community change and grow, they must lead by example and start with themselves.”
