James leads the TMT sector within the EY Americas Strategy and Transaction practice. He has over two decades of experience advising TMT clients on hundreds of transactions related to:
- Mergers, acquisitions and integrations,
- Sales, separations and carve-outs/spins, and
- Diligence, reporting, and operationalizing top-line and non-GAAP metrics.
James is a CPA and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
