As EY Americas Vice Chair — Talent, Ginnie leads the Americas efforts to create exceptional and transformative experiences for more than 95,000 people in 33 countries.
During her tenure with EY, Ginnie has worked around the world in several key roles, building and leading high-performing EY teams on three continents. After joining EY in 1993 in Cleveland, she moved to Silicon Valley in 2000 to work with leading technology companies and was promoted to partner in 2006.
In 2008, Ginnie transferred to Dubai and served as global client service partner for several technology, energy and advanced manufacturing companies, becoming the first Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for the EY Middle East and North Africa Region. In 2011, she was appointed EY Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Assurance Talent Leader.
Ginnie returned to the West Coast in 2014 to serve as the US-West Region Talent Leader, prioritizing the development and wellbeing of 15,000 people across 18 states while also leading Assurance teams in client service. Throughout her various roles, Ginnie’s commitment to building an EY in which everyone belongs and thrives has remained constant.
Ginnie received a BA in Accounting and Marketing from Ohio University.
