How Bill is building a better working world
Bill has helped transform the EY SaT practices from M&A compliance and due diligence providers into market-leading strategic advisors. Integral to this transformation was the acquisition of The Parthenon Group in 2014, which significantly enhanced SaT’s front-end strategic offerings.
With more than a decade of M&A, IPO and capital strategy work in the region, he was instrumental in growing EY in Latin America. In 1995, Bill helped launch EY Strategy and Transactions in South America, which has since grown to include more than 700 people. During his time as a partner in the São Paulo office, he helped develop the EY SaT practices in Mexico and Brazil.
