Amy is a principal in the Financial Services Organization, Wealth and Asset Management, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
She has extensive experience assisting investment advisors and investment funds, including registered open- and closed-end investment companies, business development companies and collective investment trusts, with technical tax law and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy was a senior counsel at one of the world’s largest investment managers, providing tax law advice. Amy was also a partner in the Tax & Benefits Group at an international law firm working with a wide range of investment management clients.
Amy is a former chair of the Investment Management Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and former member of the Conference Advisory Board of the Philadelphia Tax Conference.
She has a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and JD from Boston College Law School.
