Amy is the National Director of Economic Development Advisory Services and a Principal with EY in the US. The practice provides services to economic development organizations, chambers of commerce and governments, including strategic planning, competitive assessments, benchmarking, global market insights, workforce studies, organizational plans and funding solutions, and custom-designed implementation support.
In the 25 years prior to joining EY, Amy served as a strategist to more than 200 communities across the Americas and Europe. Her BBS and MS degrees in economics are from Baylor University.

Amy has dedicated her career to making communities more prosperous and vibrant places, motivated by the goal of making a positive impact on the world one place at a time. Her work has guided more than 200 communities in coalescing around strategies to create jobs, investment and more inclusive opportunities for their residents. In her free time, Amy believes in the power of community service and has served on multiple nonprofit boards in her hometown of Austin, Texas.
