Ernst & Young LLP recognized as 2019 ServiceNow Americas Transformation Partner of the Year at Knowledge 2019, unveils new Intelligent Privacy Automation platform
Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) announced that it has been recognized by ServiceNow as a 2019 ServiceNow Americas Partner of the Year for excellence in delivering transformational solutions that help clients unlock significant business value.
The ServiceNow Global Alliance and Channel Ecosystem recognizes the achievements and contributions of leading-class companies that have successfully grown their ServiceNow business through transformation and innovation in business, technology and customer success. This year’s awards are based on performance in 2018 — in terms of revenue contribution, product line expansion, workflow and skill growth, and business innovation or transformation.
“As businesses are looking for solutions that give them an edge in the Transformative Age, EY teams are continually identifying opportunities to accelerate the digital agenda for our clients,” said Paul Webb, Global Alliance Leader for the EY ServiceNow practice. “We are honored to receive this award in recognition of our outstanding collaboration with ServiceNow. Together, we are helping clients accelerate the productivity, agility and scalability of their businesses.”
With the underpinning themes of this award being innovation and transformation, EY US is excited to formally announce the launch of its Intelligent Privacy Automation (IPA) platform (powered by ServiceNow), which helps clients achieve operational efficiencies in complying with the ever-changing data privacy regulatory landscape. The development of this service offering began in 2017, in preparation for the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
The IPA platform couples EY US’ deep functional knowledge of data privacy with its ServiceNow platform experience to help clients transform their data privacy operations with intelligent, digitized workflows. Pre-built modules help automate common data privacy processes, including data subject requests, privacy impact assessments and breach responses. While the platform can be configured to any organization’s unique business model, core features include a privacy rules engine, centralized data storage, a broad asset repository search, and the EY US proprietary privacy and risk control framework.
