"My passion and purpose in life is increasing financial literacy and awareness within the Black community. I am the project manager for SoCal for the EY Entrepreneur Access Network, where I work with Black and Latino entrepreneurs to help build and scale their businesses. I started an information channel called The Coin Flip with Nick that is targeted on helping young adults understand the building blocks of saving, investing, earning and giving."

"I love traveling and discovering new people, places and cultures. I try to visit two to three new countries a year – my current favorite is Italy because of its breathtaking views! Most of my free time is spent with family and friends, eating delicious food and having a great time. I recently started a podcast with two college friends called The Build Up, which is a real estate podcast focused on building power in the Black community through land, labor and capital."

"I am passionate about travel! I’ve lived in two wonderful international cities: Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, which have fed my curiosity of the world. Prioritizing healthy spaces and wellbeing
To support EY teams’ health and wellbeing in the workplace, our Los Angeles office is proud to have received a WELL Gold Certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the global authority on healthy buildings.
The certification process from the EY WELL team and IWBI around the testing of air, water, sound and light highlighted the high quality of the overall building and EY systems, outdoor common areas and EYs space design elements.
The IWBI created the WELL certifications, ratings and enterprise portfolio options to help establish industry standards for healthy buildings and build trust around building health and safety among communities and building occupants. With a 10-concept framework that includes areas such as thermal comfort and air quality, this approach to wellness in the built environment is an essential part of return-to-office planning and the future of work in general.
Los Angeles was one of three EY offices to be recognized based on our environmental, social and governance framework.

EY Ripples, our global corporate responsibility program, provides EY people with opportunities to use their knowledge, skills and experience to positively impact millions of lives.
Through our support for the next generation and impact entrepreneurs, we extend the value of EY knowledge, networks and services to people and places that we might not otherwise reach. In LA, our people are strengthening communities and creating shared value for the business world by supporting three areas of focus:
