The EY Young Tax Professional of the Year global competition offers participants insightful and engaging programming, allowing them to learn new skills, meet other young professionals, network with EY tax leaders around the world, challenge themselves and showcase their own talents.
The first phase of the 2023 global competition will begin in January 2023. The country winners will take part virtually in a host of practical, technical and social activities designed to make this phase an informative and fun experience for all. Our prestigious panel of judges, which includes partners of EY member firms and senior tax VPs from large multinationals, select the top 10 to compete in the final round of the global competition.
After reviewing the performance of the top 10 finalists throughout the competition, the three winners of the 2023 EY Young Tax Professional of the Year competition will be announced.
This is the opportunity to take your career further, faster.
Do you want to see the business world in global terms? Do you want to learn to work with people from around the world and learn how business is done in different cultures? All of this while learning new skills that are expected of tomorrow's leaders?
This is what the EY Young Tax Professional of the Year competition is all about.
The first phase of the competition takes place in your local country where you study. During the first round, we will challenge your technical abilities and wider commercial strengths — do well here against some of the best minds in your country and you will become a country finalist.
