The firm has received a score of 100 each year since 2005. The CEI measures policies and practices related to LGBT+ workplace equality, including non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBT+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.

The CEI evaluates LGBT+ related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, trans-inclusive policies, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT+ community. Our 100% score reflects our active support of an inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and nonbinary people.

It features companies that have achieved a No. 1 ranking (like we did in 2017) on the publication’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list since 2012 and stands above the Top 50 List. EY has been named the #1 professional services employer for the fourth consecutive year in Universum’s 2019 “World’s Most Attractive Employers” annual ranking – moving up one place on 2018 to become the second most attractive employer overall. The 2019 ranking is based on a survey of 247,235 students of business, engineering and IT from top academic institutions across 12 of the world’s largest economies.

For the twelfth consecutive year, college students ranked Ernst & Young LLP No. 1 in accounting on the Universum US Talent Survey, and a Top 10 employer among business students.
