How’s it structured?
After an EY induction, you’ll join your Valuation team in either UK&I or FS.
Working with senior colleagues means you’re given responsibility and learning opportunities quickly, and you will soon be working with major EY clients. You will also build an understanding of key commercial, accounting, tax, litigation and regulatory issues that impact valuation, and successfully advise clients on valuation matters.
There will be formal and informal training and development opportunities through the programme. On completion of the programme, you could be promoted to an Executive and will be a part of a global network of EY professionals, with a broad range of career opportunities including overseas secondments.
