Our clients are always looking for ways to make optimum use of their physical assets, from workforce to machinery and more. We utilise advanced analytics and Operational Research techniques to help them find ways to do this.
What will you be doing?
- Using innovative techniques like simulation, machine learning, scenario modelling and visualisation
- Working directly with clients and as part of large EY teams in their offices or at EY
- Learning on the job from senior colleagues as well as through structured learning

How’s it structured?
After an EY induction, you’ll jump straight into learning how we use data modelling practices and methodologies. You’ll soon start working on client projects as part of a team and will take in a lot of new professional technology knowledge. Whilst the role is London or Manchester based, our team supports hybrid working so you could be working in the office, at home or at the client's site depending on your project that day.
Your learning and development are at the core of this programme so as well as having the support of your team and a coach, you'll also take internal training courses.
If all goes well, by the end of the programme you'll have the experience, knowledge and skills to receive a promotion and continue building a great career.
