Namhyung is a partner at EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy practice.
He has been a turnaround expert for more than 20 years, advising debtors and their creditors regarding formal bankruptcy, workout, and other restructuring processes both in South Korea and overseas.
He has extensive experience in all areas of the business turnaround and corporate restructuring (Creditor Advisory, Distressed Corporate Advisory, Distressed Corporate M&A, Formal Insolvency, Legal Entity Rationalization, Turnaround Operational Restructuring and Rapid Performance Improvement), and has played a key role in major restructurings for large Korean companies since 2002.
Namhyung has extensive expertise in the shipbuilding, shipping, and aviation sectors. In particular, he has provided deep insights for a number of distressed Korean shipbuilding companies.
