Tobias Meyer has many years of experience with consulting projects in the areas of transaction accounting, IPO as well as in auditing of financial statements according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and the Swiss Code of Obligations. Tobias Meyer is a Swiss CPA and holds a diploma as a Certified IFRS Accountant.
Tobias Meyer is responsible at EY Switzerland for the Transaction Accounting and IPO teams. In this function, he advises companies in the preparation and execution of IPOs. In addition, he assists companies with corporate transactions from due diligence to integration/separation in the evaluation of accounting issues as well as with the presentation of transactions in the annual financial statements.
As a sector leader for TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications), Tobias Meyer assists companies with the opportunities and challenges that are arising through digitalization and increased convergence in the TMT industry.
