As EY Country Managing Partner Switzerland, Stefan leads the Swiss practice with more than 2,300 employees.
Together with his leadership team, Stefan is passionate about implementing EY's new strategy – NextWave – with the aim of creating long-term value as the most trusted and distinctive professional services organization. He is mostly focused on helping to create an environment at EY that cultivates client-focus and allows our employees to gain exceptional career experience.
Stefan has been a Transaction Partner for many years helping his clients evaluate and execute transformative transactions. Before becoming Country Managing Partner he led the Strategy and Transactions Practice in Switzerland.
Stefan is a Certified Swiss Public Accountant and has completed an Advanced Management Program at IESE in Barcelona.
Born in Bern, he now lives in Basel and enjoys spending time with his wife and his son.
