Timm has started his career in big pharma, where he set out to improve patients’ lives. He switched to consultancy to make a difference how companies operate to ultimately unleash the potential of people.
Still wanting to find that inner fulfillment, he started his own company in 2015. The team has been busy catalyzing success for clients across Europe and globally, redesigning operating models and ways of working into novel and modern ways that put people at the center of driving business success.
Together with his team, he decided to join EY as of November 2023 to continue the journey and exponentiate impact.

Success does not happen alone. My team has pioneered living expressions of teal. Teal is a management paradigm that is characterized by self-organization, wholeness and evolutionary purpose.
We have taken the challenge to design self-organizing and wholeness practices and, based on this experience, we have helped numerous companies of all sizes to rethink what is possible, to unleash the potential of their people and operate from this new paradigm.
We have stayed unwavering in our purpose of creating better working conditions and ecosystems for people and organizations to unlock their potential.
