Nadia is a partner leading the HR Transactions practice for EY in Switzerland. She has over 12 years of experience in both acquisition and carveout projects across all sectors, with a special focus on people and HR topics.
Nadia’s primary focus has been on complex cross-border integration and separation projects, in particular specializing in people matters such as HR functional topics (payroll/benefits setup, employee contract updates, etc.), cultural alignment, change and communications.
Before joining EY in December 2022, Nadia has had over 10 years of experience in Consulting across the M&A lifecycle.
Nadia is a native English speaker, is fluent in French, has a BSc in Biochemistry, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

As a working mum, it is also extremely important to me to ensure my team has the flexibility that works with their personal life while continuing to serve our clients to a very high standard.
