Michael leads the strategic EY Private initiative for Switzerland. EY Private is designed to bring the whole of EY to Entrepreneurs, Family Enterprises, Family Offices as well as Startups and Private Equity Companies. The offering comprises dedicated business, tax and legal solutions for this ambitious clientele with the long-term goal of becoming their trusted business advisors.
In addition to his role as EY Private Leader for Switzerland, Michael is the Private Clients Leader for Law in Switzerland. In this role, he partners with families, their businesses and their advisors in domestic and international succession and wealth planning matters. Further areas include real estate transactions, trusts and foundations as well as general corporate and commercial law matters.
The husband and father of two lives in Zurich. He is a keen cyclist and passionate skier.
