As a passionate leader, Marc heads the Swiss Financial Services Transaction Support team. He has more than 18 years of transaction experience in advising corporations, private business owners and private equity players in the context of corporate transactions. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities faced by the financial services industry in Switzerland and abroad.
Marc’s focus lies in combining the corporate strategy with M&A opportunities. He supports his clients with profound technical advice regarding due diligence, valuations, business plans and strategic reviews. Marc has managed large national and international transaction advisory engagements, including cross-border engagements.
Marc began his career in 2000 as an auditor, covering all kinds of industries with a focus on financial services organizations.
Between 2012 and 2016 he was a partner at a Corporate Finance Boutique specialized in M&A and consulting.
Marc is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the University of Zürich.
