Kirsten is an Organization & Workforce transformation expert who partners, guides and enables organizations to maximize the impact of HR functions & People & Talent strategies on business performance. As the Transformation leader within PAS she focuses also on Digital HR. Kirsten has more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Most recently she’s worked with life sciences companies.
She has a track record of ensuring the HR strategy & workforce transformation programs enable and deliver tangible business outcomes & objectives.
Her extensive international working experience comes from areas and countries, such as Asia-Pacific (Australia, Singapore, Japan, China), US, Canada, UK&I, Germany, Switzerland, Nordics and UAE.
Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of WA in Industrial Relations & Psychology and a Master’s degree in Change & Adult Learning from the RMIT. At the SäiD Business School, Oxford University, she did additional studies on Organizational Leadership.
