Jürgen is the new Technology Consulting Leader and part of the CSO CH Consulting Leadership team.
Jürgen is an engineer and has vast experience in technology transformation within financial services through his 10 years technology consulting with Accenture, and his last 15 years at UBS where he has led multiple change-the-bank efforts across Investment Bank, Operations, Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
Highlights included leading the operations part of the complex Swiss Bank entity creation in response to TBTF regulation, building 1k bots with an automation factory, delivering the current 5 min. client onboarding journey on mobile channel, and increasing the electronic signature rates globally by 10% as part of the #ZeroPaper initiative.
