Jean-Marc is leading the development of EY’s ServiceNow business in Western Europe. He has held various senior management roles in major multi-national corporations, giving him extensive digital and enterprise management transformation experience.
Jean-Marc holds a Master’s degree in engineering and co-authored three patents.
He began his career at a multinational information technology company, working 20 years in various engineering and management positions, where he laid the foundations of IT shared services and the first iterations of Cloud Computing. He then created CISCO’s European Cloud practice before joining another multinational information technology services and consulting company, where he most recently led the EMEA and APAC Enterprise Service Management organization.
