People Advisory Services - Workforce Advisory Summer Internship
Gain hands-on experience in consulting and help organisations manage their people, processes and systems better.
Through this programme, I learnt about what it means to be a Consultant. I also had a great insight into EY's culture - something which is important to me. I secured a graduate role with confidence that it was the right fit for me.

How’s it structured?
Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY. After a company induction, you’ll start working alongside Consultants and Senior Consultants, playing an important role in helping us give our clients the right advice and service. If you do a great job, you could be offered a place on the graduate programme to come back to when you finish university.
The Summer Internship allowed me to rotate between client projects and teams. When I came back as a Graduate, I had already built a group of friends and strong network which helped with the transition after university.
