Level 4 Apprenticeship
How’s it structured?
First up, an induction will verse you in all things EY. You will then join the Financial Services (FS) Mobility Tax team and start working on client projects from day one (with lots of help, of course!). Along the way, you'll be studying and doing exams (Association of Tax Technicians - ATT) so you’ll progress even faster professionally than your university-going friends. By the time you complete the programme, you'll not only have qualifications but lots of practical experience and a network of mentors to help you keep on developing. The experience you gain will vary, as clients across FS depend on your work location and will have differing needs.
Throughout you’ll be part of the EY community and you’ll have a buddy to help guide you. They’ll be your first point of call for practical help and guidance. We also provide coaching as well as a Counsellor, so you will always have access to impartial advice, opportunities and ongoing support.
In the workplace, you’ll take on greater responsibilities, so that by the end of the programme you’re likely to have enough knowledge, confidence and experience to find yourself promoted to the next stage of your career. If you join the FS Immigration team, similar to the Mobility Tax team, you will be working on client projects helping to solve complex client matters. The time spent in the Immigration team will be for the first two years only, after which you will join the Mobility Tax team and complete the remainder of the 4 year programme as well as undertake the ATT exams.
