How’s it structured?

After an EY induction, you’ll get straight to work on client projects supported by our team, who will provide continuous mentorship and coaching. Through on-the-job training, you will learn how we support our clients with their corporate governance needs, and see how your studies translate into a practical setting.
Over the two years, you will work on a range of projects covering the three workstreams within ECG:
Managed Services
Learning about annual compliance requirements for companies, common matters we assist clients with, and how we project manage these requests.
Governance Advisory
Assisting with more technical govenance work, and learning more about the role of the governance professional within an organisation.
Technology & Transformation
Working on consulting projects to help clients use technology to improve their efficiency and transform their governance function.
In addition, you may have the opportunity to undertake secondments to our clients to further enhance your understanding about the role of a governance professional in an in-house setting. The programme will give you a flavour of the different directions a governance career can take you in.
