Professional qualifications
How’s it structured?
From day one, you’ll work directly with clients, often at their offices, getting to know how they work. So by year two, you’ll be leading and coaching colleagues, owning client relationships and growing your project management and team skills. But whether you’re on the factory floor or in the board room, in the UK or overseas, you’ll do it all while working closely with and being supported by your team. From induction and throughout structured and on-the-job training (the best way to learn), you’ll also be studying for industry qualifications.
