How Rohini is building a better working world
"My background has certainly stood me in good stead over my personal and professional life, providing me with a depth and breadth of experiences across countries, communities and cultures. To me, building a better working world means being passionate about improving all aspects of an organisation’s environment.
Alongside the firm and client responsibilities that occupy most of my time through the week, I am a member on two charitable boards in New Zealand. In these positions, I am not only focused on the financial, but also wellbeing, innovation, diversity, social and governance issues. For example, at one of these charities we have been focused on eliminating poverty in the Pacific and improving the welfare of Pacific peoples."
