How Richard is building a better working world
"Real estate touches every part of your life, whether you live in it, rent it, own it or invest in it. To work in the industry and be at EY is a natural extension of my every day. My role is one part real estate Partner, one part interpreter. I am at the intersection of the real estate industry and the accounting profession and that often means explaining to one, or the other how one thinks and operates – and often its with a completely different mindset."
