Rachel has worked with a wide range of Australian and multinational companies, assisting them to manage their Australian income tax obligations and inbound/outbound investment structures. She has broad Australian income tax compliance, tax effect accounting and consulting experience, and has provided tax structuring advice, tax model review and tax due diligence services on numerous transactions and IPOs.
Her clients are predominantly in the mining and energy sectors and she enjoys the challenges and opportunities that working in these industries bring, including adapting the delivery of tax services across the commodities cycle and across cultures, in a pragmatic and practical way.
Recognised for her energy and execution, Rachel has been appointed to a number of market-facing leadership positions and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Tax Agent. She has a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce.
