A seasoned professional with 25 years of management consulting, auditing, financial analysis and corporate board experience, Kris is EY Americas Advisory Strategy Leader.
Currently, she leads the EY Strategy and Customer teams with deep skills in strategic and purpose-led transformation. Experienced in large-scale business transformation associated with business process and system integration efforts, she focuses on strategy consulting, customer experience, sales and services processes, business development, value realization, financial engineering, human resource processes, change leadership, organization change and technology-driven transformation.
Prior to joining EY, she held leadership roles with a multinational technology company and a multinational professional services firm.
Kris received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA.
How Kristen is building a better working world
Her purpose is to help companies succeed by galvanizing their core reason for being and activating that purpose throughout their organization and ecosystems. In addition, she strives to support women in business by building a more balanced working world for working parents and for her daughter.
Kris is a featured conference speaker on purpose, corporate transformation, employee engagement, value realization and women’s initiatives. She was awarded Consulting Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award for 2016/17.
She is past director for Great Western Bank, where she also served on the audit committee, and Windward Reports, as an advisory board member. She was Vice Chair and on the Compensation Committee for the Association of Mechanical Engineers, serves on the Harvard Business School Women’s Advisory Board and is a past member of the White House Commission for Women in STEM.
