Katharina leads EY New Zealand’s Financial Services Business Transformation practice.
Katharina is passionate about making a difference to our clients by supporting them transform, bringing her global experience from Europe and Asia Pacific. At EY she is equally passionate above leading our NZ Financial Services transformation by coaching and developing EY’s future leaders.
In her current role Katharina is working with Financial Services organisations successfully driving their transformation and change agenda through empowering people and delivering value at pace.
This includes future-state operating model design, current state analysis, project and programme management, enterprise performance management, while protecting value through risk and compliance.
Katharina holds a Diploma in International Business from Pforzheim University, Germany. She is also a certified Project Manager.
