Leading the EY tax policy network, Chris unites our tax policy advisers in over 140 countries. The network advises clients on how to effect policy change directly and through strategically engaging policy makers.
He has wide-ranging experience at a senior level in advising governments internationally on tax policy options, tax legislation, economic matters and fiscal costings. He has given evidence to parliamentary committees, including in the UK, the European Parliament and South Africa.
Chris received an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School and a MA (first class) from the University of Oxford. He is the Chairman of the UK Financial Secretary to the Treasury’s Tax Professionals’ Forum, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
