Chad works in Business Transformation across the Government and Public Sector, Health Sector, and the Māori Sector.
He is an accomplished executive, drawing on 30 years of experience and leadership in the Health Sector, spanning consulting, management, executive, and governance roles.
Chad has worked with government ministers, major government agencies and entities, private and non-government organisations, iwi (tribal groups), Māori health entities, and community organisations. This involved driving change through strategy, planning, commissioning, programme and project leadership, organisational and development initiatives.
For the 2022 NZ Health reforms, Chad led the Hauora Māori work that designed and established the Māori Health Authority (Te Aka Whai Ora), Iwi Māori Partnership Boards, the Hauora Māori Ministerial Advisory Committee, and other transformational Hauora Māori features in the new health system and enabling Pae Ora legislation.
He is adept at assisting organisations to drive large change programmes. His experience in building and navigating relationships with iwi and Māori is often highly valued here.
How Chad is building a better working world:
My passion lies in supporting clients to foster growth and development and to unleash the greater potential in people, whānau (families), and communities, including Māori/indigenous and other groups less well-served to date.
I enjoy working with clients to fashion new and enduring solutions to their challenging problems, drawing on the best people, technology, and processes available to drive transformation.
