Brad is a Partner with EY Oceania and the Head of Strategy and Transactions at EY New Zealand. Prior to this, he was working with EY in the UK as a director.
He has spent his career finding workable, practical solutions to all manner of tax issues arising from transactions, both in New Zealand and around the world. Brad is a dynamic leader in the field of transactions and brings a clear commercial focus to key tax issues, as well as advising more broadly on mergers and acquisitions.
Having worked on deals across the globe (in New Zealand, Australia, UK, US, France, Spain, Italy, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, and Kazakhstan to name a few), he believes that understanding different client perspectives and needs is critical to delivering value.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in Accounting and Commercial Law from the Victoria University of Wellington. He is a Chartered Accountant.
