Supply Chain and Operations student opportunities
In our Supply Chain and Operations team, you’ll play a role in helping clients transform their supply chains to deliver cost savings, increase resilience, improve sustainability, and drive value in their organisations all while building your career.
What is Supply Chain and Operations?
The Supply Chain and Operations team work across a variety of supply chain domains including:
• Supply chain strategy, end-to-end transformation and visibility
• Supply chain planning transformation
• Procurement transformation
• Logistics and fulfilment transformation
• Manufacturing transformation
• Enterprise asset management
• Intelligent operations
We work with clients across all industries (except Financial Services) ranging from small and local businesses to large multi-national conglomerates.
At our core we are an issues-based consulting team; meaning we assess EY clients’ problems, identify potential solutions that will solve the problem, and then work with EY clients to deliver those solutions to improve operational and financial results. In many instances our clients’ problems are large and complex and require transformational solutions to overcome.

- Attend regular “lunch and learn” sessions on hot topics
As an intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Supply Chain and Operations teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.
Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Internship Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
