Lead Advisory student opportunities

In Lead Advisory, you’ll help clients grow, invest, innovate and achieve their strategic objectives, whilst developing technical, business and commercial skills that will complement your career.

What is Lead Advisory?

Mergers & Acquisitions
Today, more than ever, organisations must plan carefully for growth and analyse their capital agenda and related transactions in the context of their overall business strategy. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team you'll help identify the right transaction and capital strategy for clients.
Capital & Debt Advisory
As part of the Capital & Debt Advisory (CDA) team, you’ll work with leading corporates, private equity and public agencies to evaluate, structure and arrange competitive financing solutions. You’ll help analyse capital structure and identify an optimised capital solution for clients, whether it’s for acquisition, capex or refinancing, and learn the intimate workings of various capital markets.
Infrastructure Advisory
As part of the Infrastructure Advisory team, you’ll work with public sector clients to procure infrastructure-related projects and help private sector clients structure and finance deals. You’ll evaluate different ways of delivering projects, develop financial models and negotiate funding to secure the most competitive terms. You'll learn about key infrastructure sectors, from energy to transport – enabling you to provide highly valued independent advice.
