What is Forensics & Integrity services?
The Forensic & Integrity Services team helps organisations to develop strategies to pre-empt, manage and resolve the risks of business conflict, and assists in investigating alleged misconduct, fraud and non-compliance with regulations.

Forensic & Integrity Services professionals help organisations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. We assist companies and their legal counsel to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges.
Your career journey in Forensics & Integrity services
As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.
The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.
As an Forensics & Integrity services graduate, you’ll take part in:-
- Attend and participate in multi-day Oceania Forensics Staff to Manager event
- Participate in virtual sessions on relevant and emerging topics, delivered by Forensics leaders from across the globe
- Develop new/complimentary skills through the EY Badges program or an external industry certification program
As a intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Forensics & Integrity services teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.
Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Intern Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Intern Programme is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
