In this webinar, we provided an overview of the state of the New Zealand economy and discussed current drivers and trends in the New Zealand market. We focused on key sectors, as well as anticipated future trends. We also discussed our recent experience with the current regulatory environment for when foreign-owned enterprises, including Japanese-affiliated companies, invest in New Zealand and the various issues to be considered when conducting in-bound investment.
Our discussion also included an overview of the key tax and legal considerations that should be taken into an account when Japanese companies invest into New Zealand.
