How Marc is building a better working world
"I focus on helping clients reimagine the future by putting customers at the center of decision-making. A compelling and powerful customer transformation strategy starts with having a better understanding of emerging customer needs and behavior than competitors. It will see more highly differentiated products and services created, more efficient operating models set in place and a better all-round experience delivered to the customer. Ultimately, that will drive sustained growth and create value."
