Marc is an accomplished and highly regarded expert on consumer trends and customer experience. He leads the consumer insights practice in Oceania (EY Sweeney), having joined as an Advisory Partner when his firm was acquired by EY in 2014.
Marc’s expertise lies in helping major organisations better understand their customers to make better decisions about the future. Based in Australia, he conducts research globally.
Marc has a strong reputation for delivering astute thought leadership, sharp market insight and strategic thinking to the senior management of leading multinationals and government departments. He has led teams that have been recognised by peers, including most recently ‘Best Insight’ at the Australian Marketing Awards.
While building his professional career, Marc was an elite level Rugby player which included playing at the 1999 Rugby World Cup.
He has a BA (Hons) from Monash University, Melbourne.
