Based in Sydney Junya leads the Japan practice, where Japanese-speaking specialists work closely with Japanese clients to help them grow their business in Australia and New Zealand.
Junya regularly hosts seminars on relevant topics that impact Japanese businesses.
He has over 17 years of experience supporting Japanese clients, initially in assurance services where he focused on providing audit and accounting services to Japanese and Australian businesses. Prior to joining EY, he has worked outside of professional services in a broad range of roles in multiple industries both in Japan and in Australia.
Junya earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a Chartered Accountant of Australia & NZ.
